Payment
- A 50% deposit secures your order.
- Your order is booked in once your deposit arrives.
- Before collection or delivery, we send you a photo of your finished order.
- The remaining 50% is then paid before your order is collected or delivered.
- If you prefer, you can pay the full amount when you place your order.
- All payments are by bank transfer.
Notice
- Small bouquets: 3 days' notice, sometimes we can do the day before.
- Larger bouquets, baskets and hampers: 4 to 7 days' notice.
- Busy dates like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Eid book up fast, so order early.
Changes and cancellations
- Need to change something? Message us as soon as you can and we'll do our best.
- Deposits are non-refundable, as flowers and materials are bought for your order.
Your flowers
- Every order is handmade, so yours may look slightly different from our photos.
- Some flowers are seasonal. If one isn't available, we'll suggest a close match before we make your order.
- Colours can look slightly different on screens.

Collection and delivery
- Collection in East London, at a time we arrange together.
- UK nationwide delivery. The fee depends on the size and weight of your order, and we tell you before you pay.
- Please make sure someone is available to receive your delivery.
Any problems
- Message us within 24 hours of collection or delivery, with a photo, and we'll put it right.
